The Jersey Rotary Young Chef of the Year competition was held at Les Quennevais School on Saturday. Fourteen young people from various local secondary schools participated.
The winner was JCG Y10 GCSE Food & Nutrition student. Miriam (also Y10) won the Jersey Dairy award for best use of locally sourced ingredients. Molly will now go forward to represent Jersey in the next heat of the competition which will be held in Bournemouth on the 4 March. Congratulations to our students who participated. We are very proud of your achievements. We wish Molly lots of luck in the next round of the competition.
