In Design Technology children have the opportunity to design, make and evaluate products, whilst learning to use a range of tools and techniques for construction. The children will also experience opportunities to cook, with children finding out about a healthy diet and preparing simple meals. There are many cross curricular links with science, as children incorporate levers, pulleys or electrical circuits into their designs and finished products.
