Terms and Conditions for Creative Minds Hub (“CMH”)
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Creative Minds Hubs (“CMH”). By enrolling in CMH, participants (“you” or “your”) agree to abide by these terms.
1. General Information
CM is organised by the Jersey College for Girls Foundation (“The Foundation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and aims to provide a high-quality consistent and reliable service where the environment is supportive, encouraging, nurturing and where they can relax and have fun.
The Foundation will promote appropriate standards of behaviour, and hygiene. You must adhere to all rules, policies, and procedures outlined in this document and communicated during CMH and by enrolling you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Code of Conduct
You must:
· Sign in with a Creative Minds’ member of staff
· Notify us as soon as reasonably practicable if you are not going to attend
· Notify The Foundation and do not attend if you are unwell – see clause 4
· Accept that the Foundation is not to be held responsible for any damage or loss to clothing or other personal belongings brought to CMH
3. Payment of Fees
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start date of CMH and according to those provisions in Clause 4.
· Fees include anything contained in the advertising material
· No refund will be given for sessions only partially attended
· No refund will be given in the event of absence or sickness – subject to clause 4
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:
· Cancellation up to 30 days before the start date: 90% refund
· Cancellation more than 15 days before the start date: 50% refund
· Cancellation less than 15 days before the start date: No refund
5. Health and Safety
You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements during the registration process or subsequently if they arise after the registration process by email to enquiries@jcgfoundation.com
You must carry any necessary medications and provide clear instructions for their use.
In case of a medical emergency, we have permission to seek necessary medical attention for the participant, including emergency medical treatment, surgery, and/or general anaesthetic if certified as necessary by a doctor.
All accidents notified to us will be documented in an accident book.
6. Liability
We will take reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and wellbeing, but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, damage to or loss of personal property unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
You are encouraged to avoid bringing valuable items to CMH. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We undertake to maintain insurances prescribed by law.
7. Data Protection Clause
We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Any information collected is used only for providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or to trusted partners who help operate our services under strict confidentiality. We implement security measures to safeguard your data and retain it only as long as necessary. You have the right to access, updated, or delete your personal information.

8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, snow or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
In the event of closure due to severe weather, you will be contacted by us.
9. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in CM constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By enrolling in CMH, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in dismissal from CMH
11. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jersey.
