We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant/Sous Chef to join our catering team and help deliver high-quality, on-trend menus that inspire healthy eating and sustainability. Working closely with our Executive Chef, you will play a key role in food preparation, menu development, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
Our ideal candidate will:
Have proven banqueting experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role.
Be passionate about fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to support and motivate others.
Show creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Be committed to delivering exceptional service for both daily meals and hospitality events.
