At Jersey College for Girls, She Leads is part of a holistic approach to developing confident, purposeful young women who understand their ability to shape the world around them. Leadership is cultivated progressively, from early opportunities such as student council, house ambassador roles, and student-led assemblies, through to more advanced experiences including Model United Nations, TEDx Youth, Young Enterprise, and senior leadership positions.

Our bespoke Art of Leadhership programme supports students at key stages to explore, develop and ultimately own their leadership identity. Crucially, these experiences are not isolated; they sit within a wider journey of personal development that helps each student discover her strengths, passions, and values; empowering her to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose wherever life takes her.
