'Her Secret Ingredient' is a podcast created by Jess and Georgia in Year 12 in 2025.
In each episode, they will be interviewing inspiring women from a range of industries to highlight their ‘secret ingredients’ to achievement, and the lessons they’ve learnt too.
They said: "Our goal is to find the recipe for success. It's a space to share wisdom, and we want to build this community where women support one another, and feel free to have conversations about struggles and accomplishments."
Episode 1
In the first episode, Jess and Georgia interview Gaëlle Deschamps, leadership trainer and coach to high-performing women, and Natalie Hopkins, the Head of JCG's Sixth Form.
Episode 2
In the second episode of Her Secret Ingredient, Jess and Georgia speak to Georgina Cook. A self-described "accidental lawyer", George explains how she has embraced a new career as content creator, bringing more creativity into her life, following a burn out.
Episode 3
In the third episode, Jess and Georgia speak to Rhiannon Small, the first woman to hold the role of Head of Jersey Customs and Immigration Service in Jersey.
