The JCG Immersion Programme allows you the opportunity to fully experience JCG and Jersey island life. A unique experience for education within a beautiful and professionally advanced island.

The Spring Festival Programmes can run from one week to four weeks over the Spring Festival Period. The programme enables you to advance your spoken and written English, grow your confidence and become an expert in English culture and traditions. All students who take part will board with a Jersey family and be given a student mentor who will guide you throughout your time with us. This will enable you to comfortably relax into the English way of life, make new friends, learn new skills and become part of our family.

Students will study all the main subjects of a typical Jersey College for Girls student. 

A typical day starts at 8.25am and finishes at 3:35pm. In addition students can choice to get involved with the many extra-curricula activities on offer.

Below is an example of a typical Year 9 student timetable. For our visiting immersion students we can also tailor the offering by removing English and Languages and replacing with English as a Second Language.

Location: Jersey College for Girls, Jersey, UK 

Duration: 1-4 weeks

Dates: Between 14th January to 11th February

Participants: Girls aged between 11 and 18 years old 

Accommodation: Home boarding with a Jersey family 

Fee: £950/week* (Including all activities, accommodation and food)
